Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Two or more years working with disadvantaged youth or in social services
- Valid King County Food Handler's Permit
- Valid Washington State Driver's License and vehicle access
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback

- Availability for flexible work hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social services, human services, or related field and two or more years experience working with homeless or disadvantaged youth in a training environment
- Proficient and experienced in barista and café operations
- Valid King County Food Handler's Permit
- Valid Washington State Driver's License and access to a vehicle
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and work with vulnerable populations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and comfortable with customized databases and internet research
- Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills with inclusivity focus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse teams
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
- Ability to provide and receive feedback professionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills adapted to various audiences

Job Duties
- Deliver barista and customer service curriculum in classroom, online, and on-the-job settings
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to students
- Collaborate with café instructors to utilize production opportunities for skill development
- Participate in meetings with partner agencies and operations staff to support student success
- Work closely with Case Managers and partners to address student needs and solve program issues
- Arrange field trips for students through community partnerships
- Review and recommend improvements for barista curriculum
- Provide performance feedback and coaching to students
- Track and document student progress and related data
- Serve as a dedicated trainer at Echo Glen Children's Center weekly
- Manage administration and reporting for Echo Glen partnership, including inventory and attendance
- Support training at partner organizations and community outreach events
- Conduct classroom setup, cleaning, and organization
- Provide backup barista and front of house café support as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
