The Partner Success Specialist role at Move Concierge is a vital position that focuses on strengthening relationships with the company’s extensive network of referral partners. Operating as the primary point of contact for these partners, the specialist is responsible for ensuring a seamless flow of communication and education, addressing any issues that may arise, and providing high-quality service that directly impacts partner satisfaction and retention. This full-time, hybrid role is based at the corporate office in Farmers Branch and requires standard working hours from Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with occasional flexibility to meet partners' needs or business priorities.
In this role, the Partner Success Specialist will facilitate introductory and ongoing communication with referral partners, helping to set clear expectations and create a positive initial experience upon first lead submission. They will monitor dedicated email inboxes and partner communication channels to provide timely, accurate, and professional responses. To enhance engagement, the specialist proactively reaches out to partners with reduced or inactive lead activity, identifying barriers and offering solutions to reactivate their participation within the program.
The position also includes collaboration with the Account Management team and leadership, providing both administrative and operational support such as reporting, outreach efforts, and supporting various initiative rollouts. Meticulous record keeping using Salesforce ensures that all partner interactions are documented effectively, fostering transparency and coordination across internal teams.
This role demands excellent communication capabilities, keen organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in customer support, especially in a high-volume call setting, is essential, as is proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and email management systems. While a bachelor's degree and experience in home services or referral program management are preferred, candidates demonstrating strong foundational skills in customer success and account coordination will excel.
