The role of Partner Account Executive / Channel Account Executive is a hybrid position based in Brisbane, CA, requiring three days onsite and two days remote work. This position lies within Odoo's North America Partnerships team, where the primary focus is to expand Odoo's partner network by recruiting new organizations to join and promote Odoo's ERP solutions. The role involves engaging with warm leads, nurturing partnerships, and guiding prospective partners through onboarding and implementation processes.

Candidates in this role will introduce the vast capabilities of the Odoo platform to partners, enabling them to bundle these solutions alongside their existing services to create additional revenue streams. Individuals will conduct data-driven research and analysis, leveraging tools such as CRM systems and applying the BANT (Budget, Authority, Needs, Timeline) approach to evaluate and prioritize opportunities. Additionally, the role requires developing strategic revenue growth plans through detailed lead scoring, identifying upselling and cross-selling prospects, and providing tailored ERP implementation packages.

The position offers comprehensive training on the Odoo ecosystem and support for deal closure and implementation customization. This role demands proactive, results-oriented professionals with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of business processes and technology trends. Job Duties

  • Conduct company partnership recruitment for the Odoo ERP software
  • research based on data analytics, score tracking using CRM, and evaluating candidates using the BANT strategy
  • develop strategies to increase revenue using the Odoo scoring lead system to project the increase in business revenue, identify potential up-sells and cross-selling, and help adapt Odoo ERP software for future clients using Python and SQL
  • analyze strategic changes and report key metrics by extracting data from Odoo software, analyzing trends, and creating dashboards using Odoo software to report to the manager
  • meet or exceed monthly assigned Account Executive sales quotas by accurately forecasting, effectively managing a pipeline of opportunities, and advancing deals to closure per projected timelines
  • work in a consultative fashion to design tailored implementation packages and negotiate its content with future partners
