Job Requirements
- You must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Open availability and flexibility is a must - ability to work a variety of shifts
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Completion of a drug test, airport badging or government-screening process

Job Duties
- Verify CLEAR members who are using the CLEAR lane at your designated venue or stadium
- Drive membership enrollments through engaging attendees and educating them about the benefits of CLEAR
- Resolve attendee and/or members concerns or inquiries in an appropriate and timely manner, escalating to higher level as necessary
- Balance high volume with high-quality customer and member experience
- Support members with any questions or concerns they may have and escalate any situations in a timely manner
