- Able to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
- Able to work in standing position for long periods
- Able to safely lift and maneuver trays weighing up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Report for work a minimum of 15 min prior to scheduled start time
- Create and contribute to a positive, productive work environment with a can-do attitude and customer-centric approach
- Perform opening duties according to Front of House Side Work Checklist
- Attend shift line up in attentive, engaged manner
- Review shift section assignments and prepare assigned section including table set up
- Welcome guests warmly and engage within 2-3 minutes of seating
- Review menus and answer questions about beverages and food
- Take orders and accurately input into POS system
- Check guest identification for age requirements
- Serve food and beverages and prepare specialty dishes as required
- Perform food preparation duties such as preparing soup, salads, bread, coffee, and tea
- Present and serve wine to guests appropriately
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any issues
- Engage Manager on Duty for escalations
- Recognize and learn names of frequent guests
- Seek opportunities to exceed service standards and personalize guest experiences
- Remove used service ware and clean tables
- Prepare checks and process payments accurately
- Assist host with reservations and seating
- Maintain knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktail menus
- Participate in team meetings and training programs
