In this role, you will be entrusted with managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, processing cash and credit transactions with accuracy, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times. Recognizing returning guests and IHG Rewards Club members, you will promote loyalty programs and upsell services that enhance the guest experience. Being tech-savvy and literate, you will operate hotel management software and handle various administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly.

Working as a Front Desk Agent at IHG requires flexibility, as shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical strength is sometimes necessary, as the job may involve lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Safety is a top priority, and you will be expected to adhere to safety protocols and wear protective gear as required. Beyond transactional duties, you will act as a trusted resource for guests, addressing any concerns, providing local knowledge, and collaborating with management to resolve issues promptly.

Joining IHG means becoming part of a dynamic team that values ambition, innovation, and a global community spirit. The company encourages personal and professional growth, making it an ideal place for those passionate about careers in hospitality. If you enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this Front Desk Agent role offers a rewarding opportunity to grow within an international hospitality leader.
