Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • ability to meet security clearance and airport SIDA badge requirements
  • availability to work part-time at San Francisco International Airport
  • ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
  • willingness to assist passengers with varying needs
  • customer service orientation
  • ability to work well in team settings

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • customer service experience preferred
  • ability to meet all requirements for airport SIDA badge and customs seal including ten-year work history if available
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a team and safety-first environment
  • military veterans and candidates with relevant military occupational specialty codes encouraged to apply

Job Duties

  • Follow all safety precautions while assisting passengers
  • interact with passengers positively and professionally
  • assist passengers with directions, flight information, and special circumstances
  • comply with all Transportation Security Administration (TSA) checkpoint screening requirements
  • safely transport passengers from gate to gate, curb to curb, or gate to curb
  • assist passengers at baggage claim as necessary
  • coordinate with dispatchers and gate agents to facilitate passenger assistance and boarding
  • complete thorough incident reports for any accidents or unusual events
