Job Description

Integral Senior Living (ISL) is a distinguished organization that manages a variety of care and lifestyle-focused communities across California and its neighboring regions. These communities include Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care residences, collectively serving thousands of residents and their families. ISL is driven by a set of core values known as the "Culture Keepers," which foster environments where residents not only live but thrive. The company ensures that team members feel deeply valued, empowered, and supported in their roles. Recognized as one of the largest senior living organizations in the United States, ISL has continually been certified as a Great Place to Work from 2022 to 2026, reflecting its commitment to a positive work culture.

At ISL, the purpose behind each role is vital, creating a culture that inspires every team member and promoting continuous professional growth throughout the organization. The company invests heavily in learning and development opportunities aimed at ensuring that all employees have the necessary tools and support to build meaningful and rewarding careers. Employment types include both full-time and part-time options, with flexible schedules to support work-life balance.

The role of Concierge at ISL is essential in delivering first-class service and hospitality within the community. This position involves greeting residents, guests, and employees with warmth and professionalism, managing both internal and external communications effectively. The Concierge acts as a primary point of contact who takes messages, provides general information, and supports the day-to-day flow of operations within the community.

The responsibilities include telephone answering and reception duties, greeting visitors and residents, answering inquiries, and assisting with directions. The Concierge also supports marketing efforts by organizing brochures, prepares meal tickets for team members and family, and manages resident phone lists and registries daily. Coordination of appointments for residents — such as hairdresser visits and transportation — adds to the scope of the role, as does managing mail distribution and maintaining an organized, welcoming reception area. Adherence to company policies and procedures is a key aspect of the role, ensuring that all activities align with ISL’s standards and goals.

This role offers competitive wages, with the added benefits of access to wages before payday, paid training, career advancement opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. These benefits include health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with paid time off, holidays, 401(k) plans with employer matching, meals, uniforms, and an Employee Assistance Program. The concierge position hours cover evenings and weekends, reflecting community needs for resident engagement and support.
