The role of Concierge at ISL is integral to maintaining welcoming, efficient operations within their communities. This position involves greeting guests, residents, and employees, handling incoming calls, managing appointments, and supporting various administrative functions. Working as a Concierge means being the first point of contact, offering helpful information, and communicating messages clearly to the appropriate recipients. The Concierge is responsible for maintaining an organized entry area, coordinating mail distribution, and assisting with meal ticket preparation and resident records. This role demands exceptional customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, compassionate environment.
The work schedule for this role includes shifts on Friday through Sunday from 5 PM to 8 PM and Monday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- One to three years customer service experience and/or training

Job Duties
- Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required
- Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient
- Greets residents and visitors
- answers inquiries and gives directions
- Collates brochures for the marketing department
- Prepares meal tickets for team members and family members and tallies meal count sheets for Dining staff
- Updates the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In and Move-Out Register daily
- manages Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary
- Manages appointments for residents and family members such as hairdresser, transportation, etc.
- Maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized
- Organizes and distributes mail to residents, Executive Director, and Department Coordinators
- Maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits
- Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
