We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Part-Time Weekend Breakfast Cook to join our team. This role is crucial in crafting delightful breakfast and brunch offerings that set the tone for our guests' day. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary foundation, with at least one year of experience in a cooking role or a similar capacity. This position demands keen attention to detail, a genuine passion for food presentation, and the ability to thrive amidst the pace and pressures of a busy kitchen. Working Saturday and Sunday hours, the Breakfast Cook will ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen meets Revel's high standards for taste, appearance, and quality.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients, including washing and chopping vegetables and meats, cooking dishes according to precise recipes, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Your efforts will contribute to the seamless operation of our kitchen by collaborating effectively with other kitchen staff and management. You will also be expected to maintain safety and sanitation standards to create a safe working environment for all. Beyond your primary duties, you will take on additional tasks as necessary to support the culinary team and enhance overall service quality.
