We are currently seeking motivated part-time Valet Trash Collectors who own a clean, late-model pickup truck to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and satisfaction of our apartment communities by ensuring timely pickup and disposal of bagged trash. The position requires individuals who thrive on working independently, are physically fit, and can maintain excellent communication with management. Candidates with military backgrounds are particularly encouraged to apply, reflecting our appreciation for disciplined and committed team players.

This part-time role operates Sunday through Thursday evenings, from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, offering flexibility for those seeking supplemental income or work that fits outside regular daytime hours. The primary responsibility involves collecting bagged trash directly from apartment doors and transporting it to onsite trash compactors. This task involves walking, climbing steps, and working in all weather conditions, demanding a resilient and dependable professional. The role requires strict adherence to schedules, with a mandatory start time of 7:55 PM onsite to ensure residents experience minimal disruption as they prepare for bed.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong attention to detail and the ability to work quietly and respectfully in residential settings. Proficiency with smartphones and mobile apps is necessary as daily communication with the Valet Field District Manager is mandatory. The role also requires ownership of a reliable late-model pickup truck; no vans or SUVs are permitted due to operational requirements. Furthermore, excellent English communication skills are essential to ensure clear instructions and reporting capabilities.

We provide comprehensive training to ensure new team members are well-prepared to succeed, regardless of prior experience. While no prior trash collection experience is required, a positive attitude and readiness to learn are musts. Contractors operating as LLCs or Incs with a Federal Tax ID are highly preferred, supporting a professional business relationship.
