Job Requirements
- Must speak English
- Own a late-model pickup truck in good working condition
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be comfortable using a smartphone and apps
- Ability to work Sunday through Thursday evenings 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Good physical condition
- Punctual and reliable
- Prefer former military service members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with pickup truck operation
- Basic smartphone proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work evening shifts
- Physical fitness to climb stairs repeatedly
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash from each apartment door
- Transport trash to onsite compactor
- Maintain punctuality by arriving on property by 7:55 PM
- Work in all weather conditions including cold and rain
- Communicate daily with Valet Field District Manager
- Ensure trash removal is quiet and respectful to residents
- Operate a clean, late-model pickup truck during shift
