As part-time Valet Trash Collectors on a contract basis, individuals join a dedicated team responsible for collecting bagged trash directly from each resident's door and transporting it to designated trash compactors located onsite. The role requires candidates to own and operate a clean, late model pickup truck in good working condition, as vans or SUVs are not suitable for this position. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable using smartphones and related applications as communication and operational tools. The schedule is part-time, operating Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The job involves working outdoors in all weather conditions, requiring stamina and the ability to lift and carry trash bags to and from apartments, often involving stair climbing.
