Job Requirements
- Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher with two years of professional experience or an associate degree with six years of professional experience
- Understanding of and sensitivity to the diverse academic, socio-economic, ethnic, religious and cultural backgrounds, disability and sexual orientation of community college students, faculty and staff
Job Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher with two years of professional experience or an associate degree with six years of professional experience
- Operation experience as a small UAS operator and led field instruction operations
- Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot License
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience in curriculum development
- Experience flying fixed-wing and quad-rotor UAS systems
- Skilled in processing and analyzing data with software such as ARCGIS, ENVI, Pix4D, AgiSoft Photo Scan, Drone 2 Map
- Experience in sensor, hardware design, and systems maintenance
- Experience in entrepreneurship
- Experience conducting missions with UAS/UAV
Job Duties
- Provide instruction for assigned courses including preparation for in-class or online activities
- Evaluate students' work and consult with students outside of class and or online
- Maintain accurate class and other records required by the college
- Submit attendance rosters and grade reports on time
- Follow course outlines as filed in the instruction offices
- Maintain office hours each week at 0.5 hours per week per section
- Observe and enforce regulations, policies, and programs of the District and college
