The Travel and Mailroom Department at Prime Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated Travel Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in leisure travel, airline and hotel bookings, and rental car arrangements. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the travel needs of the company’s driving associates by managing complex travel arrangements effectively and efficiently. Proficiency with Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS) is preferred, along with experience using Concur travel management software. This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Teams, and Excel is also essential to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.

As a Travel Coordinator at Prime Inc., you will be responsible for booking a variety of leisure travel packages including resorts, cruises, and land excursions for associates. You will handle airfare, rental car, and hotel reservations using Sabre and Concur systems, providing excellent customer service both face-to-face and through digital communication channels. The role also involves managing direct billing travel accounts, processing payroll adjustments, and coordinating reservations with affiliated hotels. Attention to detail is paramount as you will reconcile accounts monthly and manage truck recoveries in coordination with dispatchers. Job Requirements

  • Travel industry experience required
  • GDS system experience is required, Sabre preferred
  • degree from an accredited university in a business administration, hospitality, travel/tourism, or related field is preferred
  • knowledge of airline, rental car, and hotel policies
  • leisure travel experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Quote and book leisure packages that may include resorts, cruises, and land excursions
  • book air travel, car, and hotel reservations for associates within Sabre and Concur
  • provide face to face, email and phone assistance to our drivers and associates seeking to utilize discounted travel resources
  • reconciling direct bill travel accounts
  • process reservations, payroll adjustments and monthly reconciliation of Greyhound account
  • coordinate room reservations with commonly owned hotels
  • manage truck recoveries while corresponding with dispatchers
  • provide cost analysis to management to aid in traveling planning
