Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Valid Nevada driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Smartphone with active data plan and location services
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Ability to walk extensively and lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable and professional
- Self-motivated
- Available evenings Monday through Friday
- Personal open-bed pickup truck for select locations

- Ability to walk extensively and lift up to 50 pounds
- No previous experience required
- Willingness to work evening shifts Monday through Friday
- Personal open-bed pickup truck required at select sites for higher pay
Job Duties
- Walk assigned apartment community and collect bagged trash, recycling, and cardboard from residents' doors
- Transport collected materials to onsite dumpster, chute, or compactor
- Separate recycling and check for contamination
- Clean up any loose trash around common areas
- Check in and check out using a mobile app
- Document route and upload photos
- Leave courtesy notices when needed
- Assist with pet waste station servicing on occasion
