Job Requirements
- Have a smartphone
- Ability to be on your feet for at least 2 hours
- Ability to carry up to 30 lbs
- Access to an open bed pickup truck
- Willingness to work night shifts starting at 7 pm
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and use PPE
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in waste collection or similar role is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently with self-motivation
- Strong sense of responsibility and pride in work
- Good communication skills for reporting duties
- Knowledge of safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment
- Ability to represent the company professionally
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps
- Transport trash bags to dumpsters
- Take and email photos for daily reports
- Wear personal protective equipment during shifts
- Work night shifts starting at 7 pm
- Walk up and down stairs regularly during shifts
- Ensure customer satisfaction through thorough and respectful service
