Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with data plan to use company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during shifts
- Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Experience operating a vehicle with trailer is preferred
- Familiarity with smartphone usage and mobile apps
- Good physical fitness to meet job demands
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the companys mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property climb stairs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness around assigned areas to promote a welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report issues or concerns
- Follow all safety protocols including wearing provided gloves vests and gear
- Ensure timely completion of assigned routes and tasks
