Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Own reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Hold valid driver's license and auto insurance listing applicant as covered driver
Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Have a smartphone with data plan
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Able to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Comfortable around trash, odors, and waste

Job Duties

Collect bagged trash from residents' doorsteps using own vehicle
Transport trash to on-site dumpster or compactor
Walk property and climb stairs during shifts
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Use mobile app for task management
Maintain safety standards using provided gear
Communicate effectively with team and supervisors
