Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Own a reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer
Have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance listing you as a covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof at time of hire
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working around trash, odors, and waste
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Smartphone with a data plan required to use the company mobile app

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance listing applicant as a covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof at time of hire
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs repeatedly
Smartphone with a data plan for app usage

Job Duties

Collect bagged trash from residents’ doorsteps
Transport collected trash to on-site dumpsters or compactors using own pickup truck or trailer-equipped vehicle
Walk the property extensively and climb stairs multiple times per shift
Perform physical tasks regardless of weather conditions
Use a smartphone with a data plan to access the company mobile app
Wear provided safety gear including gloves and safety vests
Maintain a clean and safe community environment
