Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Valid driver's license and auto insurance with the applicant listed as a covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
Smartphone with a data plan to use the company mobile app
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Able to work outdoors in all types of weather

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using a personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Use company mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking and non-compliance photos
Walk the property and climb stairs while working outdoors in various weather conditions
Follow safety procedures and use provided gloves, vests and gear
Report any issues or non-compliance observed during service
