- At least 18 years old
- authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- smartphone with a data plan
- personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name preferred
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- able to work outdoors in all weather

Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- use the company’s mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- walk the property and climb stairs during shifts
- work outdoors in various weather conditions
- ensure cleanliness and compliance at assigned properties
- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- follow safety guidelines and use provided safety gear
