Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation with open-bed pickup truck or vehicle capable of hauling a trailer
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Ability to work evening shifts typically Sunday through Thursday starting between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Own a smartphone with data plan
- Be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with candidate listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the United States with proof upon hire
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs
- Smartphone with a data plan for mobile app use
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents’ doorsteps within apartment communities
- Transport trash to the onsite trash compactor using personal vehicle or truck with a trailer
- Use mobile app to log service details such as arrival, departure, and non-compliance photos
- Walk around the property and climb stairs during shifts
- Work in various weather conditions
- Follow safety protocols wearing provided gloves and vests
- Maintain regular communication with the team and supervisors
