Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use a mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation such as an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer

- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company’s mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs multiple times during a shift
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with a trailer
- Use the company's mobile app on a smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs as part of daily duties
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Handle bagged trash and waste safely without heavy lifting of bulk items
- Follow safety protocols wearing company-provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Communicate any issues or non-compliance observed during collection
