This current job opportunity is for part-time Trash Collectors, also referred to as Service Valets, working primarily during evening shifts. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to earn extra income while staying physically active. Responsibilities include collecting trash and recycling bags directly from residents' doorsteps within assigned apartment communities and transporting them to the on-site trash compactor. The position requires using your own truck or vehicle with a trailer, but does not involve heavy lifting of bulky items, off-site driving, or dumping duties. Service Valets utilize a company mobile app to log service details, including arrival and departure times, tracking, and documentation of non-compliant residents through photos.

The position offers a competitive pay rate of $18 per hour and typically involves working 10 to 15+ hours per week. Evening shifts are usually scheduled from Sunday to Thursday, starting at 7:00 or 8:00 PM, with assignments conveniently located close to the employee's residence whenever possible. The role involves significant physical activity including walking long distances, climbing stairs multiple times per shift, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Service Valets must be comfortable handling bagged trash and waste while maintaining a positive attitude and commitment to community cleanliness.
