We are currently seeking part-time Trash Collectors, also known as Service Valets, to join our dedicated team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and prefers an evening shift schedule that fits well with other responsibilities. The position involves collecting trash and recycling bags from residents’ doorsteps within apartment communities and transporting them to the on-site trash compactor using your own open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle capable of hauling a trailer. It is important to note that there is no heavy lifting of bulky items, no off-site driving, and no dumping required in this role.

This hands-on, physically active job entails walking the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in various weather conditions, making it suitable for individuals who appreciate a dynamic work environment and want to maintain an active lifestyle while earning. Candidates will use a company mobile app on their smartphones to log service details, including their arrival and departure times, tracking information, and upload photos of any non-compliance they encounter.

This part-time position offers up to $21 per hour, with shifts generally scheduled Sunday through Thursday, beginning at 7:00 or 8:00 PM. Employees can expect to work approximately 10 to 15 or more hours weekly, with assignments as close to home as possible to facilitate convenience and ease of commute.
