- Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use company's mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
- Experience using smartphone applications for work-related tasks
- Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company's mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs multiple times during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety protocols by using provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Maintain a punctual and reliable attendance record
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
