The work primarily involves collecting trash and recycling bags placed by residents at their doorsteps and transporting them within the community to an on-site compactor. Employees will not be required to handle bulk items, drive off-site for dumping, or perform heavy lifting beyond readily manageable trash bags. The position demands reliability, physical fitness, and basic technical skills as employees will be utilizing a mobile app to record their service activities, including tracking arrivals and departures, and capturing photographs to document service compliance.

Starting at $20 per hour, this part-time position offers around 10 to 15 hours per week with evening shifts generally scheduled from Sunday through Thursday beginning at 7:00 or 8:00 PM.
