- Open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance coverage with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company’s mobile application
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs frequently
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation such as an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with trailer
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company's mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure trash collection is efficient and complies with company standards
- Maintain safety by using provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Communicate with team members and management about service issues or non-compliance
- Adhere to scheduled shifts primarily in the evening from Sunday through Thursday
