Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with an open bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Smartphone with data plan to use mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof
- Ability to operate a vehicle with an open bed or trailer
- Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within apartment communities and transport them to the on site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with a trailer
- Use company mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs during the shift
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety protocols and use provided gloves vests and gear
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain punctuality and reliability in shift attendance
