We are currently seeking motivated individuals for the role of part-time Trash Collectors, also known as Service Valets, to join our team. This position is perfect for those looking to earn extra income while staying physically active in an engaging outdoor work environment. As a Service Valet, your primary responsibility is to collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps within various apartment communities and transport these materials to the on-site trash compactor using your personal open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle equipped with a trailer. This role requires no heavy lifting of bulk items, off-site driving, or dumping, making it a manageable yet impactful job that contributes directly to community cleanliness.

This hands-on, physically active job involves walking the property extensively, climbing stairs repeatedly, and working outdoors regardless of weather conditions. You will utilize a mobile app on your smartphone to efficiently log service details, such as arrival and departure times, track service progress, and capture necessary photos, including those for non-compliance issues. The job offers evening shifts from Sunday to Thursday, starting at 7:00 or 8:00 PM, with approximately 10-15 hours worked each week, providing flexibility for individuals balancing other commitments.
