Job Description

Valet Living is a reputable company dedicated to enhancing the cleanliness and comfort of apartment communities. As a service-oriented business, Valet Living focuses on providing reliable waste management services that contribute to maintaining welcoming and pristine living environments for residents. The company values diversity and inclusivity within the workplace, ensuring equal opportunities for all employees regardless of their background. With a strong emphasis on community impact and employee satisfaction, Valet Living is committed to fostering a positive work culture where hard work and reliability are recognized and rewarded.

We are currently seeking part-time Trash Collectors, also known as Service Valets, to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to stay active while earning extra income. The position requires the use of a personal and reliable open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle capable of hauling a trailer, highlighting the importance of dependable transportation. This job is designed for those who enjoy being physically engaged and contributing to the upkeep of their local apartment community.

The part-time Trash Collector position involves collecting trash and recycling bags directly from residents’ doorsteps within an apartment community. Using your vehicle with a trailer, you will transport these items to the on-site trash compactor. Notably, this role does not require heavy lifting of bulky items, off-site driving, or dumping, making it a manageable yet active job. You will be responsible for documenting service details through a company mobile app on your smartphone, which tracks arrival and departure times, as well as capturing photos related to service compliance.

The job is physically demanding, requiring walking considerable distances, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. These elements make it ideal for candidates who prefer an active work environment and do not mind exposure to the elements. Evening shifts typically run from Sunday to Thursday, starting between 7:00 and 8:00 PM, offering a flexible schedule that suits many lifestyles. Working hours average around 10 to 15 hours weekly, accommodating those seeking part-time employment.

This job pays between $16 and $18 per hour and is an excellent fit for those who value a close-to-home assignment to reduce commute times. Valet Living supports employee safety by providing necessary gear such as gloves and vests. Additionally, employees can benefit from perks like fast payment options via DailyPay, opportunities for career advancement into leadership roles, and referral bonuses for bringing new team members.

Joining Valet Living means becoming part of a team that prioritizes safety, community impact, and employee well-being. If you have a passion for active work, reliable transportation, and want to make a difference in your community, this role provides a fulfilling and flexible part-time job opportunity. With an ongoing application window, interested candidates are encouraged to apply promptly to secure their place within this valued team.
