Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with the applicant listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof provided upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk long distances and climb stairs during a shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with the applicant listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof provided upon hire
- Basic proficiency with smartphone technology
- Ability to work evenings, typically Sunday through Thursday
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Communicate effectively with team members and management as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards while performing duties
- Follow company safety protocols and use provided safety gear
- Adhere to assigned schedules and complete work within designated shifts
