Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation such as an open bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the companys mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Ability to use a smartphone and mobile app
- Good physical stamina and ability to walk and climb stairs
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Previous experience in a physical or outdoor role helpful but not required
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps and transport them to the on site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the companys mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs as needed during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Provide courteous and reliable service to residents
- Follow company safety guidelines and use provided gloves vests and gear
- Report any issues or concerns to property management or supervisors
