We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as part-time Trash Collectors (Service Valets). This role is ideal for those looking for an active part-time job that not only keeps them moving but also offers the opportunity to earn extra income. The position centers around maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of apartment communities by collecting trash and recycling bags directly from residents' doorsteps and transporting them to on-site trash compactors. Candidates must have reliable transportation, specifically an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle equipped with a trailer, as this is essential for moving the trash efficiently on-site. The job involves physical activity such as walking long distances across properties, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in various weather conditions, making it suitable for candidates who enjoy an active work routine.

This part-time role offers up to $21 per hour, with evening shifts typically scheduled from Sunday through Thursday, starting at either 7:00 or 8:00 PM. The average weekly hours range between 10 to 15+, giving you the flexibility to balance work with other commitments. Employees are usually assigned to properties close to their residence to reduce commuting time and increase convenience. Utilizing a smartphone and our company’s mobile app, Trash Collectors log service details such as arrival and departure times and capture photos to document service compliance.
