Job Requirements
- Personal and reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs repeatedly
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Willingness to work evenings Sunday through Thursday
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company’s mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
- Capable of walking long distances and climbing stairs multiple times during a shift
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the company's mobile app on a smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure service quality
- Follow safety protocols and use provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Report any service issues or resident non-compliance promptly
- Maintain punctuality and reliability in shift attendance
