Job Requirements
- Open bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer is required
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with coverage as a driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Smartphone with data plan for mobile app usage
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with an open bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with coverage as a driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to walk long distances and climb stairs consistently
- Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on site trash compactor using a truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non compliance photos
- Walk the property climb stairs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on assigned properties
- Communicate effectively with team members and property managers
- Follow all safety protocols and use provided safety gear
- Report any issues or non compliance observed during service
