Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation including an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof provided upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan for mobile app use
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation including an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof provided upon hire
- Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs multiple times per shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use the company's mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, including climbing stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure trash collection is completed without heavy lifting of bulk items
- Maintain communication with team members and supervisors regarding service progress and issues
