Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation such as an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan for company app use
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with coverage as a listed driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Ability to operate a personal vehicle with an open-bed pickup truck or trailer
- Comfortable using smartphone apps for job reporting
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and walking long distances
- Excellent reliability and commitment to scheduled shifts
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within apartment communities using an open-bed pickup truck or trailer hauled vehicle
- Transport collected waste to on-site trash compactors
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk properties and climb stairs during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and order within assigned apartment communities
- Adhere to safety protocols and use company-provided gear
