- at least 18 years old
- reliable transportation with open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- valid driver's license and auto insurance listing you as a covered driver
- authorized to work in the united states with proof upon hire
- smartphone with a data plan to use company's mobile app
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- use company's mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- handle bagged trash and waste while maintaining safety
- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- adhere to company safety policies and procedures
- report any issues or non-compliance encountered during service
