Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation including open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- smartphone with data plan to use company mobile app
- physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- willingness to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- valid driver's license and auto insurance
- legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- at least 18 years old

- experience using smartphone mobile applications
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- able to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using personal truck or vehicle with trailer
- use company mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- walk property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled evening shifts typically Sunday-Thursday starting at 7:00 or 8:00 PM
- ensure compliance with safety protocols by using provided gloves, vests, and gear
- report any issues or non-compliance by residents as indicated through mobile app
- collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain high service standards
