We are currently hiring dedicated part-time Trash Collectors, also referred to as Service Valets, to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and appeal of apartment communities. This role requires an individual who is physically active, reliable, and motivated to provide excellent service. The position involves collecting trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an assigned apartment community and transporting these to an on-site trash compactor using your personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer. Importantly, no heavy lifting of bulk items or off-site driving is involved, allowing for a manageable workload in a supportive environment.

Each Trash Collector will use the company’s mobile app on their smartphone to log service details such as arrival and departure times, tracking information, and photos documenting compliance and non-compliance, ensuring transparency and accountability. This hands-on, outdoor role also requires walking the property extensively, climbing stairs, and working through various weather conditions, making it ideal for those who enjoy staying active while earning up to $17 per hour. The evening shifts generally run from Sunday through Thursday, starting between 7:00 and 8:00 PM, with an estimated 10 to 15-plus hours of work per week.
