We are currently seeking part-time Trash Collectors, also known as Service Valets, who will play a crucial role in helping us maintain clean and pleasant apartment communities. This role requires a personal and reliable open-bed pickup truck or another vehicle capable of hauling a trailer, as the primary responsibility is to collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport them to on-site compactors within assigned communities. The position involves evening shifts, typically Sunday through Thursday, starting between 7:00 and 8:00 PM, with an average of 10 to 15 or more hours per week.

The Trash Collector is a hands-on, physically active position requiring walking property grounds, climbing stairs, and managing bagged trash safely and efficiently. Employees will use a company-provided mobile app on their smartphone to log service details such as arrival, departure, and compliance information through photos. Valet Living offers competitive pay ranging from $13.00 to $15.00 per hour, with fast payment through DailyPay, allowing employees quick access to their earnings. The work assignments are designed to be close to employees' homes when possible, enhancing convenience.
