We are currently seeking motivated individuals for the role of part-time Trash Collectors (Service Valets) to join our team. This hands-on position is perfect for those who enjoy physical activity, prefer working outdoors, and want to contribute directly to the upkeep of apartment communities. As a Trash Collector, you will be responsible for collecting trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transporting them to on-site trash compactors. The job involves walking throughout the property, climbing stairs, and working in variable weather conditions, making it ideal for candidates looking for an active and engaging work environment.

The role requires the use of a mobile app for logging service details, such as arrival and departure times, tracking information, and photographs documenting service compliance and any issues encountered. This technology-driven approach streamlines operations and ensures accurate record-keeping. Valet Living offers this part-time position with a competitive hourly wage ranging between $20 and $23 per hour, typically scheduled for evening shifts from Sunday to Thursday starting at either 7:00 or 8:00 PM. The average workload ranges from 10 to 15 hours per week, and assignments are ideally located close to your home, minimizing commute times.

Our ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the United States, and have access to a smartphone with a data plan to effectively use our mobile app. Preference is given to those with a personal pick-up truck or vehicle equipped with a trailer, along with a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance under their name. Physical capability is essential, as you need to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, comfortably walk long distances, climb stairs multiple times during a shift, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. You will be working around bagged trash and waste, so requiring a level of comfort and willingness to maintain high health and safety standards.
