Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather

- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Experience using smartphone apps
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required for drivers with pickup truck or trailer
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use the company mobile app on a smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property climb stairs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure timely trash collection during scheduled evening shifts
- Communicate with team members and report any issues or resident concerns
- Adhere to safety protocols by using provided gloves vests and gear
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with residents and staff
