Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the U.S. proof required upon hire
Smartphone with a data plan to use mobile app
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name preferred
Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the U.S. proof required upon hire
Smartphone with a data plan to use the mobile app
Physical ability to walk long distances climb stairs and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Experience in customer service or similar roles is a plus
Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name preferred
Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
Use the companys mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non-compliance photos
Walk the property climbing stairs and working outdoors in various weather conditions
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and use provided gloves vests and gear
Report any maintenance issues or resident non-compliance observed during service rounds
