Job Description

Valet Living is a well-established company specializing in providing essential services that maintain cleanliness and enhance the living experience within apartment communities. As a leader in the service industry, Valet Living focuses on delivering top-notch trash collection and waste management solutions tailored to the unique needs of residential complexes. Known for its commitment to quality, reliability, and innovative technology use, Valet Living creates opportunities for individuals seeking flexible, part-time employment while contributing positively to the community environment. The company fosters a diverse, inclusive workplace culture that values every employee's contribution and promotes career growth and personal development.

The role of a part-time Trash Collector, also referred to as a Service Valet, is designed for those who prefer an active job that involves physical activity and engagement in outdoor tasks. This position is ideal for individuals looking to supplement their income while enjoying the benefits of a flexible work schedule, typically scheduled during evening hours from Sunday to Thursday. Starting at an hourly pay rate of $20, this role involves collecting trash and recycling bags directly from residents' doorsteps and transporting them to designated on-site trash compactors. The job does not require heavy lifting of bulk items, off-site driving, or handling of the actual dumping process, making it accessible and manageable for most candidates.

Using Valet Living's proprietary mobile application, employees record service details such as arrival, departure, and compliance-related photographs, ensuring transparency and accountability in service delivery. The job demands walking the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors under varying weather conditions, making it a physically engaging and dynamic role. Employees are often assigned close-to-home properties to reduce commute times and increase job convenience. Valet Living prioritizes safety by providing necessary gear like gloves and vests to ensure employee well-being.

Choosing to work with Valet Living as a Service Valet opens the door to a supportive and growth-oriented environment. Employees benefit from competitive pay, a flexible evening schedule perfect for balancing personal obligations, and the opportunity for quick access to earnings through DailyPay. The company actively encourages career advancement and offers referral bonuses for bringing new team members into the fold. Valet Living maintains an Equal Opportunity Employment policy, embracing diversity and fairness in recruitment and workforce management. This part-time opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, welcoming living spaces and want to be part of a respected service team that values hard work and community impact.
