We are currently hiring part-time Trash Collectors, also known as Service Valets, to join our team in helping to keep apartment complexes clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. This role is specifically tailored for individuals seeking physical, hands-on work that keeps them active while earning extra income during evening hours. The position offers competitive pay rates, with Helper Pay at $18 per hour and Truck/Trailer Pay at $21 per hour for those utilizing their own vehicles and trailers. Working approximately 10-12 hours per week, typically Sunday through Thursday starting at 7:00 PM, this role is ideal for those looking for a convenient part-time schedule that complements their lifestyle.

As a Service Valet, you will be responsible for collecting trash and recycling bags placed by residents at their doorsteps within assigned apartment communities. Unlike traditional trash hauling, this position does not involve the heavy lifting of bulk items, off-site driving, or dumping, making it manageable yet physically engaging. You will use a company smartphone app to efficiently log service details, including times of arrival and departure, as well as photographic evidence needed to track service completion and note any non-compliance.

This is an outdoor role requiring various physical activities such as walking extensively across the property, climbing stairs multiple times during a shift, and working in diverse weather conditions.
