This position is for part-time Trash Collectors, also known as Service Valets, who play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of apartment communities. The role involves collecting trash and recycling materials from residents' doorsteps and transporting them to on-site trash compactors. This is a hands-on job that is physically active, requiring the ability to walk the property extensively, climb stairs, and work outdoors regardless of weather conditions. Candidates will use a company mobile app on their smartphones to log service details such as arrival and departure times, track their tasks, and capture photos for non-compliance reporting. Importantly, this role excludes heavy lifting of bulk items, off-site driving, or dumping duties, making it suitable for individuals looking for moderate physical work.
