Part-Time Trash Collector – Evening Shift

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as part-time Trash Collectors, also known as Service Valets. This role offers a flexible part-time employment opportunity, ideal for those wanting to earn extra income while remaining physically active. The position typically requires 10 to 15 or more hours per week with scheduled evening shifts running Sunday through Thursday, starting at 7:00 or 8:00 PM. Sundays are a mandatory part of the schedule. The pay starts at $20 per hour, with opportunities to earn more if you possess a personal truck or trailer.

As a Trash Collector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of apartment communities by collecting trash and recycling bags directly from residents’ doorsteps and transporting them to onsite trash compactors. This is a hands-on, physically demanding job that involves walking the property extensively, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in all types of weather conditions. The role does not require lifting bulky items, off-site driving, or dumping trash, which makes it manageable and safe.

Moreover, the job involves the use of our proprietary mobile app on your smartphone, where you will log service details such as arrival and departure times, tracking progress, and documenting any non-compliance with photographic evidence. This technological integration helps streamline operations, ensuring that services are timely, efficient, and transparent.
