We are currently hiring part-time Trash Collectors, also known as Service Valets, to join our dynamic team. This role offers a perfect balance of physical activity, flexible scheduling, and extra income for individuals looking to contribute to maintaining clean and appealing apartment communities. The position is designed for evening shifts, typically from Sunday through Thursday, starting at 7:00 or 8:00 PM, with Sundays being mandatory. You will be assigned to properties near your home whenever possible, helping promote a better work-life balance. With an hourly pay rate of $18, plus potential additional earnings if you own a truck or trailer, this job offers competitive compensation combined with the satisfaction of working in a community-focused role.

As a Service Valet, your primary responsibility will be collecting trash and recycling bags directly from residents' doorsteps and transporting them safely to the on-site trash compactor. This job does not involve heavy lifting of bulk items, off-site driving, or dumping, ensuring a manageable and engaging work environment. Using our company’s smartphone mobile app, you will log service details such as arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos to maintain accountability and high service standards. This hands-on role requires you to be physically active, walking the property extensively, climbing stairs multiple times during each shift, and working outdoors in all kinds of weather conditions.
