We are currently hiring part-time Trash Collectors, also known as Service Valets, to join our team. This role is designed for individuals seeking flexible, part-time employment that combines physical activity with the opportunity to earn extra income. The position involves collecting trash and recycling bags from residents within apartment communities and transporting these to on-site compactors using a personal open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle equipped with a trailer. It is strictly a local role with no off-site driving or heavy lifting of bulk items required. Service Valets use a dedicated mobile app to log their work activities, including arrivals, departures, tracking details, and any non-compliance issues detected.

The position is ideal for candidates who enjoy being active, appreciate working outdoors, and are reliable self-starters. Shifts typically consist of daytime hours, from Sunday to Thursday, starting around 8:00 AM, with some locations offering later start times. As a part-time role, employees work around 10 to 15 hours per week and benefit from assignments close to their homes whenever possible.
