We are currently seeking part-time Trash Collectors, also known as Service Valets, to join our dedicated team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and contributing to the upkeep of apartment communities. As a Service Valet, you will be responsible for collecting trash and recycling bags directly from residents' doorsteps and transporting them safely to the on-site trash compactor. This position requires you to have your own open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle capable of hauling a trailer, as no heavy lifting of bulk items or off-site driving is required.

The work schedule is typically Sunday through Thursday with morning shifts starting at 9 AM, offering flexibility and an opportunity to earn extra income up to $21 per hour. This part-time position demands around 10 to 15+ hours per week and assignments are generally close to your home to minimize commute times. You will utilize a dedicated mobile app on your smartphone throughout your shift to log service details such as arrival and departure times, track collection progress, and capture any non-compliance through photos.

This is a hands-on role that involves physical activity such as walking throughout the property, climbing stairs multiple times during the shift, and exposure to varying weather conditions.
